TERMS OF SERVICE

Typical repair time is 24 to 48 hours, if your repair will take longer than the typical turn around time we will inform you at the time of drop off and give an estimate of repair time.

Minimum labour charge is $35 which includes diagnostic fees, if you choose to have your repair done with us after we have diagnosed you problem the diagnostic fee will be waived.

You will be notified and provided with an estimate before any repairs will be done if the cost would exceed $110, require new parts or involve any major system changes.

All possible measures will be taken to preserve and safeguard your data, however data backup is your responsibility and The Computer Shop will not be held liable for any data loss

We accept as payment all major credit cards, debit, cheque and cash.
